I'm so happy about this direction, really excited to see what Season 4 brings.
I think the explanation for the popularity of Hyper-Regional Chippy Traditions - "symptomatic of a fascination in (and ignorance of) what goes on elsewhere in this country" - doesn't account for people who didn't grow up in London or don't live in London being excited about being represented.
Love how much thought goes into each curation. Looking forward to S4!
